Radio Cardiff’s A Slice of Jazz previewed the festival on Saturday 2nd July in a special show including interviews with the organisers, recordings of the launch gig and a live session from Red Rug ahead of their festival performance.

Rhys Phillips also presented a two hour outside broadcast from Jazz on the Beach on Sunday 31st July featuring highlights from performances at the event and backstage interviews.
