Skeptics in the Pub & Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
This week, Rhys talks to and about the launch of Cardiff Skeptics in the Pub which launches on Monday. They give us a bit of history of  ‘Skeptics’, tell us how they got involved and let us know what to expect at the events. Our STEM Ambassador of the Week is Julie Gould, a third year student at the Cardiff University School of Physics & Astronomy. She explains how Philip Pullman got her interested in science and the particular area of physics that she is interested in. Finally, from EADS Innovation Works explains his current research into how Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) could be used to create ad hoc communication networks.
